#1Anthony BarberG
Hampton, VAHampton

From Hoops "Guru" Matthew Hatfield: "At 6-foot-2, Barber has the next-level size to play in the backcourt, and he combines that with an aggressive scorer's mentality along with some devastating blow-by moves when the rock is in his palms. There might not be a better score in the state of Virginia in the Class of 2013 than him. Opponents must keep him out of the paint otherwise he'll carve you up for 30-plus. I see some of that Allen Iverson mentality in him."

#2Troy WilliamsF
Mount of Wilson, VAOak Hill Academy

The nephew of legendary summer boss Boo Williams, the 6-foot-7 wing from the class of 2013 is clearly one of the state's best. Williams picked Tom Crean's Indiana Hoosiers over North Carolina, Alabama, Georgetown, Louisville, Arkansas and others. VirginiaPreps' Will Garlick says of Williams "The 6-foot-7 Williams has a good offensive skill set making short jumpers, tip-in's, and he added a 3-pointer for good measure. Troy runs the floor extremely well, and he has a long wingspan which he uses to block shots and make steals."

#3Junior EtouC
Arlington, VABishop O'Connell

With his size at 6-foot-8, and excellent strength, Etou is able to bully most of high school competition on the defensive end of the court, but also effortlessly score using his quickness when paired against bigger players on offense. The three-star power forward listed Memphis, Cincinnati, Maryland, DePaul, Florida, Kansas State and West Virginia as the schools who have been recruiting him with the most intensity of late.

#4Rodney BullockF
Hampton, VAKecoughtan

Hatfield on Bullock: "Bullock is very intriguing to me just from the standpoint he's going to be at about 6-foot-7 or 6-foot-8 when he's done growing or there about and I see a little Nick Wright, formerly of Nansemond River and currently at ODU, in him with the differences being Wright was a much better shot block whereas he's a better shooter. His ceiling is pretty high and I already like the tenacity he plays with in the paint."

#5Devon HallG
Virginia Beach, VACape Henry Collegiate School

Hall committed to UVA over the summer. national basketball analyst Eric Bossi talked about what kind of prospect the Cavaliers were getting. "What I like about Hall is that even though he is moving up a class, some of the usual freshman issues like lack of strength and ability to adjust mentally shouldn't be an issue," Bossi said. "You wouldn't label him a speed merchant at the point, but because of his strength he can get where he wants to go and he's tough to knock off the ball."

3 stars6'5"200Virginia
#6Rodney WilliamsF
Richmond, VASt. Christopher's

Rodney's athletic ability, length, and wide-strong frame have made him a must have mid-major prospect as well as a player that high majors are looking at, as evidenced by his extensive offer list. Is Williams a high major prospect? The athletic ability and frame definitely look like he could be a contributor at that level. At the mid-major level he would be able to play from day one at the majority of the programs and likely be a three time all-conference performer.

#7Troy CaupainG
Midlothian, VACosby

An outstanding junior season helped Caupain move into the top 10! In a game against Matoaca Caupain set two school records, scoring 48 points and hauling in 11 rebounds. "He is a scoring point guard, who can get to the rim any time he wants," said Team Loaded teammate R.J. Curington. "He has a knack for either scoring or drawing fouls. Excellent free-throw shooter. Can defend as well." From's Matthew Hatfield: "I have watched him about four times his high school game. I have seen him a few times this AAU season. I like that he attacks, penetrates to the basket. He uses his athletic ability. Uses excellent body control. That gives him an edge on most defenders. He has a good hop step move into the lane. His outside jumper is going to have to be more proficient. He can get to the basket at will against anybody at this level."

3 stars6'3"180Cincinnati
#8Will FergusonG
Arlington, VAHerndon

Quick, gets in the lane, looking to score. Becoming a better distributor and making others better will be critical to his growth and development, but in terms of breaking down the defense off dribble penetration and putting up points on the board, there won't be very many guards at all that stack up with him.

#9Ramone SnowdenG
Virginia Beach, VAKellam

Snowden, who plays on the AAU circuit for the Boo Williams program, chose the ODU Monarchs over an offer from CAA rival Drexel. He was also receiving interest from Middle Tennessee State, Mount St. Mary's, Radford, Rider and UNC Wilmington among others. As a sophomore, Snowden averaged 13 points per game and received 2nd Team All-Eastern Region honors while helping the Knights finish 27-1 overall, winning both the Beach District regular season and tournament titles. During his junior year, he put up 17 points per game and was named All-Beach District First Team for the second season in a row.

6'5"210Old Dominion
#10Brandan StithF
Lawrenceville, VABrunswick

Brunswick High won its second straight Group AA State Championship this past season and a main cog in their attack was Brandan Stith, a 6-foot-6 forward who is the son of former NBA player Bryant Stith. Three things really stick about him and they are activity, tenacity and deflections.
