On the Hoof: Clearly lighter than his listed size with long arms. He looks a lot like a point guard, even former Davidson basketball star Stephen Curry. His frame will hold more size eventually.
Needs Improvement: Needs to add about 15 pounds of muscle mass, which will improve his durability and ability to slip tackles. Sometimes throws off his back foot not. Having missed his whole senior season will put him behind as far as getting meaningful reps.
Most Impressive: Does a nice job with accuracy and touch while throwing on the run. LeMay proved to be a leader on the football field by guiding his team to a state championship as a junior. He has a quick release and the ball shows a nice spin coming out of his hand.
Conclusion: Should redshirt as a freshman because he missed his senior season, but if he graduates early he may be able to grasp some of the offense by two-a-days and cut down the learning curve. Don’t be surprised if he is at least second on the depth chart by his second season.
