Scouting Report on Justin Scott-Wesley

On the Hoof: Wide, muscular shoulders are his most prominent feature. He has the look of an explosive, power running back like Adrian Peterson.
Needs Improvement: Learning to run precise routes without giving away which way he is breaking. A big, thick, muscular receiver like Scott-Wesley should be able to break more tackles than he does on film.
Most Impressive: He may be the fastest football player in the country which means he should be able to stretch the field and become an excellent kickoff return man. Scott-Wesley also shows good hands and change of direction for a muscular receiver.
Conclusion: He surely will get looks as a return man the instant he steps on campus. Running track in college could deter his development as a receiver because he will miss some spring ball.
