Scouting Report on William Graves

by Jerry Meyer - 05/05/2005
A big bodied small forward, Graves has solid skills with the ball and can score in a variety of ways. Capable of scoring in the post against a mismatch, Graves is also a tough rebounder with his size. His ability to guard on the perimeter is an issue. Must work to stay in shape and keep his weight down.

Jerry Meyer serves as a national scout and recruiting analyst for He played at Lipscomb University where be became college basketball's all-time career assist leader. Meyer earned Mr. Basketball honors in the state of Tennessee as a high school junior and senior. He has served as an assistant coach at Vanderbilt and also co-authored the book, "Basketball Skills and Drills."
