On the Hoof: King has a well-proportioned body with large legs, powerbase and upper body. He has the frame that can play strongside defensive end or defensive tackle at the next level. His build is similar to a young Reggie White.
Needs Improvement: He is very raw, plays high at the point of attack and allows the offensive lineman to get to his body. Needs to work on getting off the snap of the ball quicker.
Most Impressive: He works his butt off while being super-competitive and coachable. He has the body and frame to play all four defensive line positions. When he combines all of the tools he has, he can flat-out take over a game.
Conclusion: His size and effort level alone will bring him early playing time. King's versatility will also keep him on the field for every possible down and distance once he breaks the starting lineup. He has a potential to be a first-round draft pick. His body type only comes around once in a blue moon.
