On the Hoof: Davis looks taller than his listed height because of his long limbs. He is lean but lacks the ideal muscular structure that most big receivers have. Looks a lot like Ohio State WR Duron Carter on the hoof.
Needs Improvement: Must improve overall speed and body structure. Adding about 10 pounds of muscle mass will make him more durable and give him the ability to excel at run blocking. Davis could also improve his quickness and change of direction.
Most Impressive: Has excellent hands and runs good, crisp routes. Davis can adjust to the ball in the air and actually has quick feet off the line of scrimmage, which allows him to beat press coverage.
Conclusion: Looks like a solid possession receiver at the next level. He will most likely be a redshirt candidate in order to give him time to improve his strength.
