Hylton wide receiver/defensive back Deon Butler said on Friday that he will walk on to Penn State's football team, though the Nittany Lions expect him to become a scholarship player within a year. Wake Forest, Akron and William & Mary each coveted Butler at one time throughout the recruiting process, and he signed with no one on Feb. 4, the national signing day.
