He has pretty solid footwork and mechanics with a great release on the football! Strong arm, strong body, and makes pretty good reads.

Short and slow? Clumsy? Sounds like sour grapes to me. This kid has a good chance to be a a solid D1 QB. Great footwork and mechanics. Smooth release and follow through. Very accurate with serious arm strength. Using big words like prototypical doesn't make you an expert. Knowing what he HE!! your talking about does. You obviously have no clue.

5th star? He's lucky he's a four star. He's short and slow because he's overweight. The only thing reminiscent of Jamarcus Russell is the way he runs around clumsily trying to avoid contact. He's vastly overrated and looks like a prototypical bust.
