i really love Percy to be with the colts,and i believe he will have a really great time with the colts. Also, he will enjoy the game with the greatest QB in NFL history "Peyton Manning"

I believe Percy would be a catch for the colts at 27th pick. Indy has shown to be able to train/teach young talent their position in the pros. He won't feel pressure to dominate a start with all the other talent. Here's a green irish beer to a hopefully blue colt.
