But here are a few more of their pre-conference wins San Francisco W 70-67 Southern Miss W 90-81 West. Kentucky W 70-59 Dayton W 75-58 and at (21) Memphis W 76-72

  Oh rb110254 I think you missed the point, the majors stopped booking them for early season games when they realized they were not the push over team to insure an early season W. You were most likely bashing Butler for the past two seasons as well. You must be a Duke or Kansas fan since you have nothing better to do than bash a small school that has a good team.

  Looks like most fans understand that until an 'A' team is played, it can't be known how good Murray State really is. Someone mentioned Louisville and UK - win over even one of these two teams and more basketball fans across the country will 'recognize' Murray State.

  No question Murray St. is a very good team an their ranking is about right, plus Canaan is a top 5 guard in the country. Good luck gettting by St Mary's. They are a terrific 3 point team with a tough inside game. Coach Bennet will have them ready to play. This will be a game you can tell your grandkids about.. I'm picking Saint Mary's by 4 if there are no wierd hometown ref calls.
