On the Hoof: Wright is a massive ball of muscle with an outstanding powerbase that will make it hard for defenders to knock him off balance. He is built a bit like TCU redshirt freshman Waymon James.
Needs Improvement: He is probably already at his ideal playing weight, so maintaining his size while improving his overall speed just a tad would be beneficial. Even though he is on a good team his competition is very poor at times so the jump from high school to college could require an adjustment.
Most Impressive: Has the ideal height that makes it impossible for defenders to see him as he hits the line of scrimmage. He also has the size and strength to become an every-down back that can bounce off would-be tacklers. For a thick back he has exceptional ball skills.
Conclusion: Another player that may be a little underappreciated by coaches nationwide because he is from Indiana. He is a high-effort, high-character kid that will become a leader on the field and in the locker room.
