On the Hoof: The first physical aspect that stands out is his thick powerbase and arms. He looks like a cross between a DT and a SDE. He is built similar to Georgia incoming freshman Mike Thornton.
Needs Improvement: He could add a bit more upper body strength and size. Learning to work just half the man while using his hands to keep linemen off his body could help him.
Most Impressive: Gosha is very quick off the ball and has the lower body strength to keep anchored while the ball is run right at him. He is a hard worker that plays with an attitude - something that will be very useful at the next level.
Conclusion: Most likely will redshirt while he adds the extra 20 pounds needed to become an every-down defensive tackle. Look for him to possibly become a two- to three-year starter down the road.
