On the Hoof: Looks more like a soccer player than a football player on the hoof. Still is very lean in the upper body. He is built like Clemson receiver Marquan Jones.
Needs Improvement: Needs to add some size and strength in order to combat press coverage and improve his ability to win jump balls.
Most Impressive: He runs crisp routes and has some of the best hands in the entire country. Stills runs effortlessly and his deceptive speed allows him to run by defenders.
Conclusion: Receivers can have an earlier impact than most other positions and that should be true Stills’ case. He could project as a slot receiver or the deep-threat receiver once he gets stronger. He is already ahead of the game because of his prowess as a route runner and spider-web hands.

Barry Every is a Football Recruiting Analyst for Rivals.com. He has worked in the recruiting offices for Mark Richt at the University of Georgia, Bobby Bowden at Florida State University and Mack Brown at the University of North Carolina

Chula Vista (Calif.) four-star safety Tony Jefferson is taking the recruiting trail marked by his own footprints. While it would be inaccurate to say that Jefferson has come full circle with the recruiting process, the more things change for the Army All-American, the more things stay the same.
