The Penguins, who rallied from an 11-point deficit in the fourth quarter, drove 70 yards in 14 plays for the winning score. Summers threw for 259 yards and three touchdowns, two of them to Barnes.</description>

Summers completed 25 of his 38 passes for 346 yards for the Penguins (5-5, 3-4 Missouri Valley Conference). Smith added 121 yards on 27 rushes. Dominique Barnes had 122 yards receiving and Donald Jones caught for 105 yards for Youngstown State.</description>
