      <description>Washington quarterback Jake Locker will start Saturday when the Huskies try to break their 10-game road losing streak at UCLA, despite a deep thigh bruise that limited him the last two weeks.       <description><![CDATA[ <p><p>Before the Huskies think about contending for another Rose Bowl anytime soon, they are first going to have to figure out how to win a regular-season game there.</p>
<p>As the Huskies continue their rebuilding under first-year coach Steve Sarkisian, they set about trying to overcome one of their biggest hurdles&mdash;winning a game against UCLA in the Rose Bowl.</p>
<p>The Huskies haven't beaten UCLA there since 1995, their longest winless streak at any Pac-10 opponent's home (though UW has won a game in the stadium in that time, beating Purdue in the 2001 Rose Bowl game). </p>
<p>The Huskies have lost six straight since then to UCLA in the Rose Bowl.</p>
<p>"To think that the University of Washington hasn't won at the Rose Bowl since 1995 is a long time ago," Sarkisian said.]]></description>
