The Lubbock Avalanche-Journal reported that Steven Sheffield continues to treat a broken left foot and will probably miss the Nov. 14 game against Oklahoma State. If he does try to play against the Cowboys, such a recovery may afford him little time to practice, even with the Red Raiders (6-3, 3-2 Big 12) facing an off week.
