      <description><![CDATA[ <p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; The fourth quarter has suddenly become a minefield for UTEP.</p> &nbsp;&nbsp; Heading into the Tulane game two weeks ago, the Miners were 23-7 when leading after three quarters, including 2-0 this season.</p> &nbsp;&nbsp; But against both Tulane and last week against Rice, the Miners blew a fourth-quarter lead and ended up losing the game.</p> &nbsp;&nbsp; It's a difficult situation to understand, considering the Miners have one of the top runners in the game in junior RB Donald Buckram, who can usually be counted on to help run the clock out with the lead.</p> &nbsp;&nbsp; But Buckram fumbled the ball away twice against the Owls, leading to the come-from-behind victory for Rice.</p> &nbsp;&nbsp; "The Rice game was the most unusual game of the year," said UTEP coach...]]></description>
