They fell to 1-9 overall, 0-6 in Western Athletic Conference play.</p> <p>"We have two weeks left together, and we are going to do everything we can to give them a chance to celebrate before this is over," Tomey said.</p> <p>The Spartans hurt themselves with four turnovers, including interceptions on their first two possessions. They were outgained 405-277.</p> <p>Former starting quarterback Kyle Reed came off the bench in the first quarter and did provide a spark.
