Ohio begins 2012 after enjoying the best season, arguably, in the program's history.
The Bobcats won 10 games for the first time since 1968, and picked up the program's first-ever bowl victory. The only negative was losing the MAC Championship game to Northern Illinois.
But the success last fall wasn't a one-time chance. Coach Frank Solich has built the program into a contender and there's plenty of reason to believe that Ohio's best days are still to come.
Ohio inked a second consecutive strong recruiting class this year. Over the past two classes, the Bobcats have landed 14 players who were either three-star recruits or had multiple offers from BCS conference teams.
