Nevada rushed for 575 yards -- and shattered some NCAA record in the process -- as the Wolf Pack beat New Mexico State 63-20 Saturday night. New Mexico State Team Report Nov 25, 2009

For a program preaching all season about wanting to get to the four or five win mark to consider the 2009 season a success, the New Mexico State Aggies are essentially down to one last shot.

Yes they play two more games this season, but their Dec. 5 season finale is a road game on the Smurf Turf of Boise State, a game that could have the Aggies as 40-point under dogs.

Sitting at three wins, NMSU is willing to acknowledge this week's road game at San Jose State is vital.

"I almost want to say San Jose State is a must-win game for us," NMSU linebacker Jason Scott told the Las Cruces Sun-News.

Head coach DeWayne Walker won't go that far, but for a program that jumped out to an improbable 3-3 start this season before dropping five straight, he knows ...More
