With Navy heading for the Texas Bowl, the Midshipmen's final two regular-season games are really more about the future of their opponents than about Navy.

This is not to say the Mids don't have a lot on the line in the games at Hawaii and in Philadelphia against Army. Navy can win a program-best 11 games and can only do that with wins in its remaining three games (including the bowl game), but the Mids can also end the bowl dreams of both Hawaii and Army with victories in these final two games.

Both Hawaii and Army won Saturday, going to 5-6 and keeping bowl dreams alive.

This week, Navy (8-3) gets Hawaii. Then, after another break in the schedule, it's Navy going for its eighth straight victory over Army.

Ricky Dobbs bulled into the Navy record book, breaking a mark that had stood since 1917. The Midshipmen quarterback broke the school record for touchdowns in a season, running for five in Navy's 35-18 victory against Delaware on Saturday. Dobbs leads the nation with 22 touchdowns and needs one more rushing score to tie the record held by Florida's Tim Tebow (2007) and Air Force's Chance...
