Missouri has one last chance to enhance its postseason resume, but the Tigers' regular-season finale has more meaning than any bowl game they'll play. So says their coach.

"The day I got here, I learned a lot about this game from different alumni the moment I walked in," Gary Pinkel said of Missouri's matchup with Kansas, who will meet for the 118th time Saturday.

"It's a great rivalry. Not every school has a rivalry like this, and there's a responsibility that goes along with that. This is very important to our students, fans, season-ticket holders, and alumni all around the world. We recognize that, and that's something that makes it very exciting."
