Coaches react in different ways to rankings for their recruiting class, ranging from saying they pay no attention to touring their spots with pride.
Miami's Al Golden expressed surprise after his second class of Hurricanes picked up top 10 rankings from both Rivals.com and Scout.com.
"Primarily I'm surprised because so many of them came from the camp," he said, referring to the signees who had attended his summer football camp. "And a lot of the guys that came from the camp are guys that are under the radar.
"We've never been catalogue shoppers."
