Kentucky coach Rich Brooks says he doesn't want any distractions leading into Saturday's regular-season finale against Tennessee. That said, he only fueled the fire with how he dealt with questions about whether or not he's going to retire after this season.

The 68-year-old Brooks has three years remaining on his contract, so he could have ended the speculation with a simple "I'm coming back." Instead, he angrily chastised reporters for pressing the issue.

"I'm not going to answer anything about that anymore," Brooks said. "I'm going to talk about Tennessee. No charging the batteries, no coming back next year, none of that junk, OK?
