      <description>Joe Webb threw four touchdowns and rushed for two scores to lead Alabama-Birmingham to a 56-29 rout over Florida Atlantic on Saturday. Webb was 14-for-19 passing for 292 yards for the Blazers (4-5), while the quarterback also ran for 120 yards on 15 carries. He scored on runs of 36, 22, 24 and 17 yards.</description>

      <description> &lt;p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Florida Atlantic will usher in the Jeff Van Camp era a season sooner than expected.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Van Camp will make his first career start at quarterback for the Owls on Saturday against Alabama-Birmingham. Senior starting quarterback Rusty Smith will miss the game with a sprained AC joint in his non-throwing shoulder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;"It's been a while since I had to prove myself out there," Van Camp said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The injury breaks a string of 36 straight starts for Smith since he became a starter in November of 2006. Van Camp is 14-of-31 for 197 yards in spot duty this season.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Van Camp, a fourth-year junior, replaced Smith on Saturday after Smith injured his shoulder against Middle Tennessee. Trailing 27-20, he drove FAU from its own 16 to the MTSU 23 in the Owls' final drive.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;"We...</description>
