Heading into spring, Florida coach Will Muschamp is looking for more toughness on both lines of scrimmage.
"We saw very easily in our season this year that we struggled on both lines of scrimmage, consistently being able to run the ball and stop the run," Muschamp said.
Muschamp said he felt like he addressed some of those issues in UF's 2012 recruiting class. Of Florida's 23 signees, eight were defensive linemen and two were offensive linemen. The class was ranked No. 3 nationally by Rivals.com. No. 4 nationally by ESPNU,and No. 5 by Scout.
Muschamp said it's too early to tell which of the 2012 recruits will make an immediate impact. Of the 23 signees, six enrolled early in January and took part in spring drills.
