Auburn's attempt to end Alabama's perfect season in 2008 went as poorly as any of its 38 previous Iron Bowl losses.

This year, though, has been a resoundingly different one for the upbeat Tigers, who have a rejuvenated offense and home field advantage in the 74th meeting between the in-state rivals.

"We really feel like we have a shot of beating Alabama," tight end Tommy Trott said.

"We don't think they're unbeatable. We recognize that they're a good team, a really good team, but we've played like a really good team at times this season as well. And we don't think there's any reason we should go in to that game without thinking we have a shot to win."

Best not to throw anything at Auburn, because the Tigers can't risk any more injuries.
