FILE - In this Oct. 17, 2009, file photo, Alabama free safety Mark Barron (4) escapes the tackle of South Carolina quarterback Stephen Garcia (5) as he returns an interception 77-yards for a touchdown during the first half of an NCAA college football game at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Ala. Barron is settling into his relatively new position quite nicely after playing offense until his senior year in high school and backing up All-American Rashad Johnson last season.
