EASTON, Pa. (AP)—Phillip Oladeji’s 30-yard touchdown run gave Georgetown the lead in the third quarter and the Hoyas held on to defeat mistake-prone Lafayette 28-24 on Saturday night.

The Hoyas proceeded to drive 80 yards in 10 plays, ending with Oladeji’s run.
In the fourth quarter, a 49-yard Lafayette drive ended in a missed field goal, a 61-yard drive ended with a fumble and Jayah Kasamba’s interception of Marc Quilling halted a 60-yard drive at the Hoyas’ 3 with 1:58 left.
