TUCSON, Ariz. (AP)—Nick Foles threw two touchdown passes to Juron Criner, and Arizona overcame five turnovers to defeat UCLA 27-13 on Saturday and keep pace in the Pac-10 race.

Nic Grigsby and Nick Booth each ran for a touchdown for the Wildcats (5-2, 3-1 Pac-10), who remain tied for second place.

Foles had a hand in all of five of Arizona’s turnovers. The Pac-10’s leading passer threw three interceptions, had a fumble returned for a touchdown and botched a handoff that led to a fumble.

UCLA’s defense did everything it could to keep the Bruins (3-4, 0-4) afloat. All 13 UCLA points resulted from turnovers.

UCLA free safety Rahim Moore, the national interception co-leader, picked off his sixth and seventh passes of the season, and strong safety Tony Dye returned a fumble 28 yards for a score.

Bruins coach Rick Neuheisel tried three quarterbacks—starter Kevin Prince, Kevin Craft and Richard Brehaut.

I would like to start by saying thanks to all the U of A people Saturday, this was my 3rd trip to your place and this one, even though my Bruins lost it I had a very pleasnt time. Props to your team and good luck the rest of the season. I'll see some of you at the Rose Bowl next year and will be back in Tucson in 2 years.

Nick Foles had a "human" experience today but it seemed that the game was never in doubt. The big "D" showed its true self and hammered the hapless Bruins. The play calling by Sonny Dykes was super and the various receivers and running backs showed their speed and ability on many successful reverses! Even though Nick was off today, he still showed a remarkable ability to get the ball down the field and some of the passes should have been caught that weren't! Even with the banged up Grigs, Keola looked great! Nwoko got his chimes rung but his replacement scored a touchdown and ran with power! Any win by the CATS is super and over UCLA is even better. Bear Down!

Mr Optimism and Mr Offensive Genius/Heismann Winner Maker have yet to field a team on offense in two seasons at the helm. Time for another coaching change at UCLA?

At least the Wildcats know that they can win even when they don't play their best. Keep improving, Arizona!!
