I 've been a Temple football fan since 1982 when they were going to a bowl. The Garden State bowl played in Atlantic City. The Boys deserved it. They produced the first bowl team in decades. The current temple coach was not there, but it looks like he's got the football program growing in the right direction. Temple played in the very first Sugar Bowl many years ago and won it. It is not impossible for an urban oriented school like Temple to play up to the caliber of Penn State. One year we will beat them and then the tide will turn back to Philadelphia. Go Owls!

As a Penn State fan i really hate seeing smaller schools like Temple on the schedule. But maybe playing teams like PSU is helping prepare for Mac teams. I attended the Game this year at State College and walked away impressed with the teams effort, players and coaching. I wish all the temple fans the best of luck for the run at the Mac championship game...

This could very well be a 'magical' season. We'll need consistent play at the quarterback position to remain competitive for the rest of the season. All hats off to the coach for a job well done. Let us all band together to support the team, and hope the university does everything it can to keep him.

I hope Temple makes a bowl game and Cincinnati (or Boise State, Iowa, or TCU) wins the national title.
