HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP)—Blake Joseph passed for 221 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for another score as Sam Houston State beat Saint Joseph’s of Indiana 41-0 Saturday.
Sam Houston (3-3) rolled up 371 total yards. Jason Madkins caught three passes for 87 yards, including a 16-yard scoring pass from Joseph. Darnell Jones scored another TD on a 22-yard pass.
Miquel Antonio kicked field goals of 30 and 27 yards.
The Bearkat defense limited the Pumas (3-3) to 126 yards total offense.
The game was stopped for one hour due to lightning early in the first quarter.
