UNLV edges Hawaii 34-33 in final minute

Could Not have sate through a better game, It is sad to se the loss go to my WARRIORS but it is only one and hopfiully the last one for the year. Sadly enough I must say that when hawaii has the ball they only need to focus on short passes to gain yrds and keep it moving first down after first down until close enough for T.D or field goal. either way it's points. I also noticed # 81 Royce pallord playing much more this game and even made a great catch and a 40 yrd return. Glad your ham-string is better SON.

No matter what you boys played so great football on this game (BOTH SIDES) and better games ahead ALOHA to all.

Hawaii never should of lost this game to a poor UNLV TEAM!

A defensive lineman told me that even if he's smaller than an offensive lineman, his speed will get him around or past a much bigger man. Such considerations should be given much heavier weight because of our porous Hawaii defense as of late. If it means changing the entire front defensive line or all of the defense, then so be it. Desperate situations call for desperate (I would say appropriate or winning changes) measures. I think that if changes are not made, we can expect all our future opponents to make slashing gains through our porous defense. In practice, we should match up differences in speed, height, and ability for all defensive positions and compare them more closely.

Hawaii, you need to work overtime on defense. Also, you should not allow mismatches in height &/or jumping ability (a 6'3" opponent vs. a 5'9" Hawaii defender or vice versa). Changes to correct that should be made as the game progresses and as the situation warrants. Nothing should be written in stone, such as pre-game plans. I think that's one of the keys to winning.

I went to this game & the Hawaii Warrior coaches just blew the game for them - sort of like pee wee football coaching. Hawaii had the game but with the poor coaching, just lost it! A great game as it covered the spread for fans betting, but the point was to WIN. Should have went for the 2 instead of the kicks when ahead by 6 - they would have at least tied or won by one.

what a great game.....it just came down to who has the ball last and the most time on the clock.....luv ya rebels....awsome win.

Hawaii willnever find out how good it can get without a consistant or desent running game;thier west coast offense is one sided and predictable

UNLV Running Rebels on the rise Coach Stafford starting to get everything put together. Good job Rebels I can actually talking about maybe seeing a bowl game this year. Dedicated fan just tired of losing. I also predicted one of the ranked teams to upset on our schedule this year just as we did last year to Arizona. Go Rebels. Hawaii is a good team and consider that a key victory.

so sad, wanted a Hawaii Victory. it is what it is.
