LORETTO, Pa. (AP)—John Kelly threw for two touchdowns and ran for another to lead St. Francis, Pa., to a 31-0 victory over Morehead State on Saturday.
Kelly was 10-for-17 for 138 yards and threw scoring passes of 18 yards to Jude Yearwood and 44 yards to Antoine Rivera to help the Red Flash (1-1) take a 21-0 halftime lead.
Kelly also scored on a 1-yard run in the third quarter.
St. Francis had 180 yards of total offense.The Red Flash intercepted three passes and held the Eagles (1-1) to 24 yards rushing and 152 yards of offense.
The Red Flash’s other touchdown came on Joshua Bentley’s 56-yard return of a missed field goal attempt in the second quarter.
Rivera caught three passes for 93 yards.
