SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. (AP)—Jonathan Dally threw a school-record six touchdown passes, including four to Ramses Barden as Cal Poly beat Weber State 47-19 Saturday for its first win.
The Mustangs (1-2) had opened the year 0-2 for the first time since the 2002 season but jumped out to a 33-3 halftime lead in their home opener.
Barden had touchdown catches of 9, 24, 9 and 67 yards, finishing with 219 yards on nine receptions. His four touchdown catches also were a school record, breaking the previous mark of three set by nine other Mustangs.
