Nebraska’s Suh pays $60 fine for negligent driving
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP)—Nebraska’s star defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh (en-DOM’-uh-ken soo) has pleaded guilty to negligent driving and paid a $60 fine.
Lancaster County Court records showed Tuesday that the 22-year-old senior from Portland, Ore., also paid $48 in court costs on Monday.
Suh told Lincoln police he swerved to avoid hitting a dog or cat crossing a street when the 2003 Land Rover he was driving hit the first of three parked cars early on Nov. 1.
Police say Suh had alcohol in his system, but he tested well below the legal limit. His mother owns the SUV Suh was driving.
Nebraska coach Bo Pelini has said he disciplined Suh. Suh is a finalist for postseason honors, including the Outland Trophy and the Lombardi, Chuck Bednarik and Bronko Nagurski awards.

You were being a bully with a fellow blogger telling them to, " CRY CRY CRY." I asked if you were familar with the movie " A Chrismas Story." In this movie a bully, such as yourself, said pretty much the same thing as he was bullying a smaller kid. I asked you if you remembered what happened in the movie. This must have hit your button because you came back loaded with trash talk. People of your ilk very seldom can carry on a productive conversation and fall back on trash talk and trying to bully.
I enjoy conversations with anybody until they are no longer productive. My conversations with you were few but have come to the non-productive point quickly.

You know the old line "he's just a great guy" when in reality he's thug. But in Suh's case it's true--he really is a great guy. A friend of mine mentors a teen. In one of their weekly outings he and the teen attended a college world series game. Suh happened to be at the game. When he saw Suh, he told him the situation and asked if he would say hi.
Suh did better than that. He talked to the kid 15-20 minutes. He didn't brush the kid off and acted as if talking to the teen was "no big deal." But it was a big deal to the young man.
Ndomukong Suh is a credit to his family and the University of Nebraska.

1) You are innocent until proven guilty, and therein lies the main fault with your foolhardy statement. The idea that 'you can't prove you aren't drunk' is meaningless, the rule of law falls upon the prosecution to prove you WERE drunk.
2) Any good lawyer would have a field day in court if the state brought charges up against a person who did not meet the legal standard for being drunk behind the wheel. Something you failed to mention is that a person must fail the standardized sobriety tests at an accident scene, and even then it is not a slam dunk case for the prosecution, this must be used in conjunction with the breathalyzer test and also (when very thorough) blood alcohol tests that can be administered.
You are about as dumb as the Oklahoma State morons on here. Get rid of the big 12 north to 'strengthen' your entire conference? I suppose that is because Oklahoma State has won so many national titles and conference titles in football. OH YAH, that's right, you haven't won ANY big 12 titles in football, much less any national titles in football in your entire worthless existence as a college.
Maybe we should trade crappy oklahoma state for a better TCU to increase the big 12's overall strength, at least TCU has a freaking national championship. Idiots.
