Victoria’s Secret fails with cute Michigan State T-shirt

While we appreciate Victoria's Secret's foray into cute and sexy college football apparel, it probably needs to hire someone who knows a little something about college football to proofread its designs.

Victoria’s Secret fails with cute Michigan State T-shirtThe women's lingerie company came out with a Michigan State T-shirt with "Spartans" across the front and the Michigan State logo on the back. However, underneath "Spartans" the shirt reads, "Hail to the Victors."

The problem with this? Well, that's the motto/fight song of rival Michigan.

Oops.

CNBC sports business reporter Darren Rovell noticed it and pointed it out to Victoria's Secret and within a couple hours the shirt was removed from the website.

So, if you did manage to snag one of these shirts before they were pulled down, consider it a collectors item, especially if you're a Michigan fan living in East Lansing, Mich., with a quirky sense of humor.
