Alabama has demonstrated some very fine fourth quarter chops on its way to 9-0, but as usual, some 'Bama partisans may be taking the trend a little too far:

A resourceful lot all the way around, those Tiders. But, you know, when it comes to school spirit in the clutch, gotta support the team ... (I assume a Simpsons cameo is in order? It can't be too hard to get on that show nowadays, and our four-fingered friend will fit right in.)

the Tide rule. They have so far had the hardest schedule and have kicked ass, and why they are not #1 is criminal. The idiots who govern the voting really have little knowledge about the sport of college football, or any other sport, for that matter.

That's BS. The call on the interception was BS. It could have completely changed the outcome of the game. In my opinion the best 3 teams in the nation are Florida ,Bama and LSU. Anyway if you can't see what's going on you're blind. Bama and Florida will play in the SEC title game and one of them will end up playing Texas in the BCS. Look at the teams ranked below Texas in the BCS. Nobody.

I have a MAJOR QUESTION, Why is Florida #1 when they only played 1 I repeat 1 ranked team while Alabama has played and beat 4 I REPEAT 4 ranked teams.

Alabama almost lost to Tennessee, an unranked team, and that hurt their chances of overtaking FL in the rankings. Not to mention, the BS call in the game against LSU, that should have been an interception which probably would have changed the outcome.

yeah you guys are right I don't see how you can watch the video review and not call that an interception, it was obvious and I think that ref should be suspended. but I knew as soon as Lee came into the game it was over for LSU, it was so funny as I was watching the last drive, I said well at least he hasn't thrown an INT, and on queue he throws one. He needs to go to the Sun Belt or WAC. He is not an SEC QB.
