Charles Garcia had 24 points and eight rebounds as Seattle knocked off Utah 77-74 on Tuesday night. Seattle (3-2) overcame a 41-33 halftime deficit to lead for much of the second half. The Redhawks tied the game at 54-54 with 10:53 remaining and took the lead for good, 63-61, at the 8:11 mark on Ricky Berry's 3-pointer.

Carlon Brown scored 22 points to help Utah outlast Utah State 68-67 Wednesday night. After Jared Quayle scored the final two of his game-high 27 points on a pair of free throws with 27.6 seconds remaining, Luka Drca made two foul shots for a 67-64 Utah lead. Tyler Newbold and Quayle missed chances to tie the game and then Quayle had to use his fifth foul to stop the clock.
