Tulane's two seniors—Robinson Louisme and Daniel Puckett—were important cogs this season, but there wasn't a feeling that the team couldn't go on and have the same success without them next year.

The Green Wave will to build on a 14-17 season that saw the team tie for sixth place in the conference at 7-9.

The offense wasn't very high-powered, with leading scorer Kevin Sims averaging only 13.0 points a game. Tulane's 65.1 points per game was 10th among the Conference USA squads.

The team's best end of the floor was definitely the defensive end, where the Wave was able to hold opponents to just 66.3 points per contest.
