When Al'Lonzo Coleman, Pierre Miller and Josh Johnson committed to play for Gregg Nibert at Presbyterian, Nibert made them one promise: They would be able to compete for an NCAA tournament berth at some point in their careers.

The trio played during the first two seasons of Presbyterian's transition from Division II, earning valuable Division I experience. They'll all redshirt this season, meaning during their senior season of 2011-12, they'll be able to play for the first full-fledged D-I Presbyterian team.

"I really kind of left it up to those guys, in terms of when they wanted to redshirt," Nibert said. "We played that blockbuster schedule their freshman year with 25 road games, where we went all over the place from California to New York.
