Which is worse—knowing you can't win a game with three minutes left or watching one of your opponents drain a game-winning shot with seconds left in regulation?
There is no correct answer, say the Penn State Nittany Lions.
"Every loss is tough whether you lose by one or 20," junior forward David Jackson said. "Yes it hurts, but all the losses that we have had hurt."
The Nittany Lions (8-15, 0-11 Big Ten) know that well. They lost their 11th straight game Saturday when Minnesota's Lawrence Westbrook snapped a 64-64 tie with a last-second jump shot.
