But even Gibson's status was in doubt until the deadline for underclassmen to withdraw from the NBA draft.</p> <p>Gibson wasn't a serious prospect to get drafted, but that didn't stop him from going through the process and exploring his professional options, whatever they may be. He eventually decided, at the deadline, that coming back and putting on the Aggies uniform was his best choice.</p> <p>"I think I need to show more leadership because that is one thing I didn't do too much last year," Gibson told the Las Cruces Sun-News.</p>...
