Is Grayson Flittner finally healthy?</p> <p>Gardner-Webb coach Rick Scruggs sighed deeply and said, "No."</p> <p>Flittner, a preseason All-Big South selection last season, battled sore knees and a painful toe injury last season and never got into a great rhythm. </p> <p>After the season, as doctors were set to perform a routine arthroscope on Flittner's right knee, they found the damage to be more serious. So Flittner underwent micro fracture surgery to repair the knee, and his status for the early part of the season is uncertain.</p> <p>Flittner was effective when he played last year, averaging 14.5 points, 3.0 rebounds and 3.8 assists per game.
