Cartwright started 20 games last season, averaging 4.9 points and 3.2 assists per game. Seals played in 29 games, starting three, averaging 2.2 points and 2.4 rebounds.</p> <p>Seals transferred to Division II Chico State in search of more playing time. Cartwright, from Compton, Calif., wanted to be closer to home, Cleveland told the Fresno Bee.</p> <p>"These are two good young men," Cleveland said.
