After a winless conference season, Air Force can see brighter days because of a good freshman class that logged significant minutes, even if that class diminished by two after the season.

Trevor Noonan, a 6-9 forward who averaged 2.3 points and 1.8 rebounds while averaging nearly 10 minutes a game, transferred to the University of Denver. He signed with the Pioneers in April, and will have to sit out next season.

"We recruited Trevor out of high school and know that he is our kind of player," Denver coach Joe Scott said. "At 6-foot-9, he can really shoot, pass and dribble. He is a talented player, who we feel fits in well with us and our players."

Noonan was considered the Air Force freshman with the most potential.
