Boise State crushes Cal State-Bakersfield 95-59
BOISE, Idaho (AP)—Paul Noonan scored 20 points and Robert Arnold added 19 to lead Boise State over Cal State-Bakersfield 95-59 on Wednesday night.
Boise State (18-11) won its sixth straight game to match its longest win streak of the season. The 36-point margin of victory was the largest of the season for the Broncos.
The Roadrunners (9-19), fresh off a 45-point loss to Gonzaga on Monday, lost their 10th straight game on the road and eighth overall.
Boise State closed out the first half on a 25-4 run to take a commanding 52-25 lead. The Broncos held the Roadrunners without a basket for over 16 minutes, spanning both halves, to secure the win.
James Albright had 14 points off the bench for Bakersfield, which was playing its last game of the season. Alex Johnson and Stephon Carter added 12 and 11, respectively.
La’Shard Anderson chipped in 13 points for Boise State and Sean Imadiyi added 10.
