DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (AP)—Luke Nevill scored 16 points and blocked three shots to lead Utah to a 66-37 rout over Morgan State on Saturday in the Glenn Wilkes Classic.
The 7-foot-2 center Nevill, who also grabbed six rebounds, played only 21 minutes for the Utes (3-1). Kim Tillie added 10 points for Utah, which has now won three in a row since a season-opening loss to Southwest Baptist.
Kevin Thompson scored 14 points and eight rebounds for the Bears.
Morgan State (2-3) shot 28.3 percent from the floor, including 0-of-10 from 3-point range.
