FORT MYERS, Fla. (AP)—Courtney Pigram scored 28 points, 21 in the first half, to lead East Tennessee State to a 95-71 win over Florida Gulf Coast on Friday night in Atlantic Sun Conference action.
Pigram hit 9-of-11 shots and 3-of-5 3-pointers as ETSU (13-9, 8-2) took a 54-32 halftime lead.
The Buccaneers built the lead to 60-34. Florida Gulf Coast (8-16, 4-6) cut the deficit in half, 82-69, but could get no closer.
Kevin Tiggs added 19 points for ETSU while Andrew Reed and Travis Strong had 14 apiece. Delvin led Florida Gulf Coast with 16 points while Landon Adler added 14 points.
