BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP)—Jeff Allen had 16 points and 12 rebounds to lead Virginia Tech to a 67-39 win over the University of North Carolina-Greensboro on Tuesday night.
The Hokies (4-3) led 27-14 at the half en route to their fifth-straight win in the series.
The Spartans (3-3) were kept to 26.5 percent shooting for the game, and Virginia Tech went 45.2 percent from the field.
A.D. Vassallo added 10 for the Hokies, who scored 19 points of 18 turnovers.
Kyle Hines led UNC-Greensboro with 15 points and eight rebounds.
